LINE OF SIGHT FINDER

All of the installs we do are done on T7 which is very low on the horizon. My techs were losing so much time, constantly faced with line of site problems. To solve the problem, I created a small, simple tool that is accurate in finding the right spot to position an antenna and speeds up the process with an accuracy of almost a 100%.
It consists of (a peace of wood / Inclinometer / compass / a plastic pipe / level). The angle of the pipe is at 28% and is pointing at 260 azimuth which is more or less the coordinate for Haiti looking for T7 and using a 1.2 meter Oconus antenna. The techs just have to put the tool on top of the pole, turn it north and take a look through the pipe for clearance…And, that's it! No more adjustment. I am in the process in patenting it and would like to share this tool with the installers of the Caribbean and in the United States. I named it the “LINE OF SITE FINDER”.
PERSONALIZED PAINTED COMPUTER CASES

As a computer freak, I always wanted to personalise my pc’s and always felt that a personal computer was the extension of my mind. So the same way that I dress nice to go to work why not giving the computer box a nice dress. A year and half ago a Haitian painter came to see me to sale a painting, when I saw the painting I got instantly inspired and told him that if he would be interested to paint my computer with trees and mountain.
3 days later he came back with it, I was so surprise of the result that I decide to do a contest of 10 best Haitian artists and did offer to the winner a complete PC. Then I did an exposition in a gallery of art and went public with the idea of painting computer cases that could be exported to all over the world. I'm very proud of my invention patented # 2003fbp.
SERGEY'S MOBILE INVERTER

Since I have been traveling all over Haiti to install internet by satellite, I was constantly confront with energy problems to juice the PC and modems. In one particular internet install in the south of Haiti, there was a foreigner who has a school for small children and adults and had a problem with the adults classes since during the day they had to work and by 5 pm it was to dark and there was no electricity. So I grab a piece of paper and design this roving inverteur that consists of:
One solar panel 100watts/ 2 batteries 220 amps 6 volts / 1 inverteur 250 watts / 2 energy saver lamps 25 watts / 2 wheels / 1 frame in metal
He gave me a check of US$ 600 instantly. I went back to Port-au-prince and did built my first prototype and test it for 2 weeks and was so happy to see that rolling the unit to a sunny area from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm would juice 3 lamps 50 watts energy saver for the life of the batteries without city power or generator perfect for remote areas that could be easy to be transport to different places
