Compusat and StarBand Together in Haiti
McLean, VA, October 27, 2004 – StarBand, America’s first high-speed, two-way satellite Internet provider to residential and SOHO customers, today announced a partnership with Haiti based Compusat, Inc., a country leader in computer assembly and sales.

Compusat, Inc. will sell and install StarBand's entire family of high-speed Internet services to their customers on the Island of Haiti including the recently introduced StarBand 481 Residential, StarBand 481 Telecommuter, and StarBand 484 (offering the satellite industry's best value and fastest SOHO service speeds with upload of up to 256 Kbps and downloads of 1 Mbps).

Compusat will also help children and families in rural areas of Haiti by providing access to the wealth of education and communication opportunities only available with the introduction of StarBand's high-speed satellite Internet service.
